Can Oracle DB licenses be bundled with rental?

For the highest-end workloads, the Exadata rental usually includes the Enterprise Edition Extreme Performance license as the default. This ensures you aren't limited by software features when using the world's most powerful database hardware.
Zero Upfront Cost: You don't need to buy a $47,500+ license before you start. You just pay the hourly rate (e.g., ~$0.11 - $0.40 per OCPU hour depending on the tier).
Automated Support: Because the license is bundled, your Premier Support is integrated. If there's a bug, you don't have to prove you own the license; Oracle simply handles it because you're renting the service.
Instant Scaling: If you need to scale from 2 OCPUs to 64 OCPUs for a weekend sale, the license cost scales automatically with the hardware. You don't have to call a sales rep to buy more "seats" for a 48-hour spike.
While bundling is convenient, Oracle still offers Bring Your Own License (BYOL).
If you already own on-premises licenses, you can "unbundle" the software from the rental.
